Normally, he's not this intentionally infuriating. He just does it by being a homicidal shitlord who destroys everything you love. Part of him knows he shouldn't push Starscream, seeing as he did a lot of damage before with the missiles. Maybe he didn't find any more? Maybe Sentinel just doesn't give a shit if he gets blown up again.
