After the damage Megatron had done to Sentinel and rather unfortunately for everyone in the clinic, he's found himself needing regular check ups to make sure his organs aren't respaghettifying themselves. He's sure most would just prefer he drop dead, but, well, fuck 'em.

Unfortunately for Optimus, he looks into the clinic right as Sentinel is walking out after been checked over and told to bugger off by whatever medic saw to him. Like a terrible, terrible classic comedy, the massive Prime just about walks directly into him. He's used to looking down - both figuratively and literally - to see people, but not that far down!
