If Slipstream had been in her robot mode, she would've blinked in incomprehension; as it was, it took her a long moment, and then she said "Ah!" in revelation.

"You mean what city? I have no idea. Huh." She flips upside-down, and considers the city below them. "No one's ever told me the name, if anyone knows it. And I haven't gone up into orbit to see where it is on the surface..."

Not that it would have meant anything to Slipstream if she had, with only Starscream's old and many-times-split memories to call on.

Righting herself, she continues, slowly, "And by new... you do know you're not on your Cybertron, right?"
