Not The Kind of Hell I Expected
Who:Dante and OPEN
Where: The city. Anywhere in the city
When: Whenever after this idiot shows up
What: This idiot shows up
Warnings: This idiot
You see a lot of weird things when you're in Dante's line of work. Hell and its forces held countless mysteries that have remained throughout time. Ancient civilizations, great heroes and villains and even gateways to Hell itself...and of course, humans and demons alike who try to tap into such relics. Dante was busy dispatching one such human and prepared for what felt like a final showdown between himself and his brother Vergil, who was just as much a pawn in that scheme as his red clad brother...
Yet even after diving deeper into the netherworld in pursuit of a powerful sword, this new setting felt way out of place.
Hell had some pretty shiny technology, sure, but this is definitely not Hell or its technology. The half-demon had no clue what any of this was, so his natural instinct is to find out. It wouldn't be the first time portals in Hell dropped him off in a random place. Through the city he goes, sword on his back and a mildly amused expression on his face. He doesn't mind the occasional pit stop, even if it does come along during a rather important part of a mission. Problem is there's one particular thing he's looking for and having no such luck tracking it down. Vergil fell through the same entrance he did. How come he can't sense him anywhere? Or the sword, for that matter?
He shakes his head shrugs. "I must've been ripped off. I go through Hell and back and I don't even get a T-shirt?"

"Only if you decide to make such a course of action necessary," the voice replies. "I mean you no harm, as long as you prove that you mean us no harm. Now. Your name, please."

"Dante. Charming rogue just passing on through." A slight pause as he rests his hand on his chin. "Let me guess: you run a nice, clean town here."
dont mind me im just having fun being dante's first alien robot car encounter (probably)
Magnus considers Dante for a few moments. She usually doesn't much care for 'charming rogues' - in her experience, they tend to be nothing but misplaced bluster and wasted charisma. But that makes them liabilities, not threats. Which means she can probably let her guard down long enough to -
The vehicle in front of Dante comes apart at the seams. The pieces pull themselves upwards into the shape of a colossal humanoid robot, eyes hidden behind a tinted visor and rocket launchers still primed at the shoulders. She reaches a hand down - very far down - and offers it to Dante to shake, even though it's nearly as large as he is. "I am Ultra Magnus - Cybertronian, Autobot, and former Duly-Appointed Enforcer of the Tyrest Accord. Welcome to Cybertron."
The fun is mutual! And yes, totally Dante's first alien robot car~
"Cybertron, huh...Hell of a place you got here. Looks like it's had better days."
