If he really IS a Megatron, there's honestly no way of telling if he has his own Starscream, or what kind of relationship they might have. Starscream fiddles his claws and looks away. "I'm..." he makes a weird coughing noise. He could be literally anyone, so why can't he seem to think of an identity to fake?
