Probably, from the looks of things. Warpath is faster than an earth tank, for sure, but they are still not the most maneuverable vehicles in the world. This is evidenced by the way Warpath starts packing up as Megatronus approaches, shooting along the way.

"Oh no ya don't! Blam!" Warpath yells, trying to tag the con with a bit more urgency now that he's actually being charged at. He's not scared, really, but he's rather not get stabbed if he can help it.
