Prowl, the one Autobot who could talk sense, was now senseless. It worried Optimus on many levels, and Arcee...she was doing her best. He had to recognize that.

The 'of value' is slightly worrying, because Optimus and Arcee have vastly different opinions on that. But she's his only lead to information right now, and he doesn't want to cut too deeply into what was...obviously a sensitive issue.
