Who: Megatron and friends

Despite the occasional amusement that takes place in the form of Starscream, Megatron found himself bored more often than he'd like. Is this what peace is like, Optimus? Forever wandering around looking for something to test his skills against? If so, then he could do without it. After all, in Megatron's mind, all peace was was the absence of fighting.
Starscream was absent again. Megatron wondered, vaguely, if he should go out and look for him. It would be a pity if something happened to his one and only companion. Oh how he wished that Soundwave was here! His communications officer would be extraordinarily useful in information gathering. Megatron didn't get where he was by wishing things into existence, so he tried not to dwell too deeply over it.
So, rather like an outdoor cat that's been forced to stay indoors, Megatron paced restlessly around until he stumbled across the medical clinic. Starscream certainly wouldn't be in there. Still, interesting! And it looked like it's seen some use, so even better! Odds are it was an Autobot building, but Megatron was completely unconcerned about little details like that. So, with characteristic boldness, Megatron invited himself in.

"I was merely looking around. Medical clinic, yes? Now this is the last place I'd expect you."

He gives this other version of himself a dubious look at that, but isn't overtly hostile. He isn't looking for a fight.
"Cybertronians in my given line of work don't get many options in careers," he remarks rather cynically. Did this Megatron come from a world with the restrictions of functionism?
"This is the first clinic that has given me a chance." Meaning he was ready to defend it, if need be.
