Starscream wasn't sure things could get worse as obviously the universe was out to get him somehow. Between lunatic clones, Megatron coming back from the dead and Jetfire blowing up, life back home is not something he'd exactly call great.

But then he ended up here and ran across a weird alternate version of himself, different Megatrons, an Autobot Megatron, Jetfire somehow being alive. And did he mention an Autobot Megatron?

In an attempt to form some normalcy back into his life, he decided to claim a building (hopefully away from mostly everyone else) as his own home base. So he had a place to get away and just ... think. So people will probably find him snooping around the city in various places.

Later on, after he finds a place to call his own, he is going to try and get everything up and running. This means swiping things from other buildings. Because who wants to have a secret lair that isn't cool and has everything. Besides, he can't just sit around and let the Autobots (or anyone else) find all the good stuff before him.

So it will be possible to find him entering and exiting building and possibly picking apart electronics to take what he wants.

Oh, good. A Decepticon. Oh, even better. A Starscream.

When the seeker enters the same building Sentinel was currently bumming around in, he doesn't hesitate to raise an arm and blast the terminal in the corner several times.

Not for you, bud.

Well ... that was rather ... unnecessary. Starscream looks from the now destroyed terminal and back to the person who resembles some guy he knew of in the past. Oh right. Him.

"Now what did that piece of equipment ever do to you? Or you have really bad aim, which ..." He smirks a bit, "I wouldn't doubt. The last time I saw you all that was left was a hole in the ground an a slightly twitching and smoking hand."

When Bumblebee mentioned people from the past who used to be dead showing up, this wasn't what he expected.

Of course it was unnecessary. He's frustrated with how he can't kill anyone. That shouldn't really be a problem for anyone, but well. It is.

"The future is irrelevant. That won't happen here."

"Are you so sure? I've seen a few Megatrons around who'd probably want a piece of you."

Starscream has no reason to kill this guy either, but that doesn't mean he can't goad him into annoyance.

"And yet I'm still here."

Just barely, it looks like he's been dropped into a blender.

"You're more agitated than I last remember. Are you still religious or have you given into the fact that Primus doesn't like you?"

Not that Starscream believes in Primus at all.

Now that's interesting. Sentinel couldn't deny he was mildly interested in his counterparts. Mostly, he wanted to know if they showed up and if he murdered them he could use their T-Cog. Probably. He's optimistic. Religious, though? Sentinel is fairly certain if all that pish posh is even real he's gonna rocket right down into Hell.

"You cannot tell two mechs apart. Poor optic sight; good to know."

"Well, like I said: the last I saw was just a smoldering hand. It was roughly your color and probably same mental status."

Because Starscream just had to do what he does best: irritate the hell out of someone who already seems aggressive and irritated. Of course this would probably explain why Megatron has backhanded him into a wall so many times over the years.

This Starscream looks enough like the one Sentinel knows that he could very well be correct. He knows he died, just not the status of his body after. He'd expect Megatron to utterly rip him to pieces, the psychopath. The fact Sentinel was very intent on doing the same thing doesn't cross his mind as a negative.

He watches Starscream for a moment. "Starscream," he eventually states in his ever present dull monotone, "You seemed like the type to live in the moment. Not be stuck in the past."

Future? Fuck it, he doesn't care.

"True," Starscream says as he brings up a hand and gestures with it towards Sentinel. "But considering you're here, it seems as though the past just can't go away."

He shrugs and gives him a smirk. He may not be an expert, but this guy is different than what he expected. Different universe? Maybe. Who cares though.

"Oooor ... all that religious gobbledegook is real and this is your own personal hell. Wouldn't that be a shame for you."

"I don't know why you insist on talking about religion," Like Starscream, Sentinel gestures. "Unless you think you're in some sort of limbo."

He brings the hand back in and taps his chin. "Unless you're projecting a reality you'd prefer to live in while ignoring what's actually happening."

A nod.

"Yes, that sounds pathetic enough."

Starscream twitches. If he thought he could cleanly get away with it, this exact moment, he'd shoot Sentinel's head clear off his body. But instead of giving in, he stands there rather coolly.

"The same could be said for one between us who has actually died. After all, how many people simply rise back from the dead?"

We're all very proud of you, Starscream.

"Technically," he raises a finger, "I hadn't died yet before I'd arrived."

"Well, no one ever said you were fast at anything. Time will catch up to you eventually."

And maybe Starsceam can help with that! Would anyone notice?

"A half-baked death threat. I am truly terrified of the might of the Starscream here before me, who is absolutely not wasting both our times by repeatedly telling me information I already know."

He looks over Starscream then makes a disapproving noise.

"At least the other one is entertaining."

"Oooo. If your sarcasm gets any drier, you might start to rust. Though not bad for someone trying so hard to be annoyed. What's that human term?"

He looks as though he's pondering for a moment.

"Try-hard? Edgy? Poser? Hmm. Sorry, my Earth lingo is a little rusty."

He's never heard of Earth, so whatever, man.

"Right."

Well, this was a waste of time. The terminal is destroyed which Sentinel already regrets and Starscream is annoying no matter what universe he's from. Good to know.

He really wishes he could transform, but Megatron took his t-cog. Guess he'll just have to walk out, then.
