Which is meant to be a compliment. Really, it is. He's trying to drunkenly compliment the big Autobot.

Tough means he's won a lot of fights, obviously. But then he notices he's really close. Too close.

And then it dawns on him he's... less than a few inches from Grimlock's face and yeah, the guy is really cute. A good bot, too. Good friend, Grim.
