Something felt off, but it's one of those things where you don't really -know- what's off. You wake up one day and suddenly..you're far more energetic and restless than usual. And it's enough for Optimus to go out and about to wander. Not that it's doing much good--the exercise (if you can call it that) and the change of visual stimuli doesn't do a thing to calm his behavior.

And thus, the kiss isn't broken, and while it's the first time that Optimus has ever lied on top of someone, let along bigger than him, it doesn't matter. Not when those hands brush against his thighs like that. It's sensitive, as he's not used to such gentle touch.

His hips shift into those hands, his own coming up to cup Roller's face as that kiss is prolonged. Wondering just how long they can keep this up before something happens. Because it's only a matter of time.

His ears flick, adjusting themselves as he turns his head. Engine revving and needy for the attention.

His hands don't stop moving. Thumbs digging into seams, dragging along them, anything to keep his hands touching his partner. Urging him closer, holding those hips and pressing them to his own, sharply. His big engine churns, hard and loud, to rattle the couch and their frames.

It really is just a matter of time. The more he touches, the longer the kiss goes on, the harder it is to keep from squirming desperately under him.

For someone so big, it's laughable how quickly he'll come undone.

He only breaks the kiss long enough for a quick, needy sound, a plea -- "I need you." Before he's back to planting kisses along his partner's mouth, neck. Teeth scraping over metal.

If it ever came up, there is no chance Ironhide would sway on his opinion. Not in the least. But it's not important now. All that's important is the contact and the feeling. Knowing he's here with Optimus Prime, when he thought he'd never see him again, let alone ...

He's only too happy to move for Prime's need. Shuddering a bit, a pleased sound low in his throat while his engine revs between them. He shifts his weight, that leg wrapping around Prime's and helping to hoist him up into his hands. All but grinding against him.

Ratchet scoops up his crutches and jerks his chin in the direction of the medibay, shivering all over and watching Optimus with overbright optics for a moment before he starts off, limping as quickly as he can. His movement on the crutches is smooth, now, managing a little faster than a regular walking pace even next to someone as tall as Optimus' longer legs, and he flicks a glance up at Optimus as they near the door.

"How long has this been going on without you doing anything about it?" he asks, only a little impatient and exasperated, knowing the answer is going to be 'longer than he should have' no matter what Optimus says.

Optimus is quiet as he follows, as if speaking was enough to send him over the edge. And to be honest, he's not exactly wrong, either. He was on a fine line of making it to the medical bay to do this properly, and shoving Ratchet back down to the ground.

He shudders, his engine hitching as they reach the door.

"Since the war."

As in...BEFORE IT.

Sixshot clamps his hand down on the back of Optimus's helm and drags the Prime's head up into a bruising, hungry, toothy kiss. His fans pick up speed with a pitched whine, vents gusting molten hot air over their plating as their bodies slide together.

There an internal part of him that's quietly screaming at what was happening but it was a distant and mildly annoying noise that was lost under the heavy scrape of armor. He just knows he wants Optimus under him him, around him or in him, whatever way and any way he could have the mech as long as it was right fucking now.

The Sixer's pelvic armor snaps apart then, drawing a shocked gasp from the mech as his hard, hot cord slides against Optimus's cooler abdominal plates.
