[ NETWORK: VIDEO ]

[ june's decided to post a video, mostly so she can establish that she is one of the few tiny non-Cybertronians on the planet, because that sort of has context for what she's about to ask ]

Hey there, June Darby here... Some of you already know me, but if you don't -- I'm one of the humans who was also inexplicably dragged here. Which kind of puts me at a disadvantage, as I'm sure you could imagine.

That said, I'd like to...give myself some more context for all of this. Would any of you have anything I could read about the history of your war? Most of you seem to be from the same universe, a different one than mine, so -- that's the version of the war I'm most interested in learning about, I guess. Got any...I don't know, history books or anything with you?

[ record scratch at last she finds other tiny non-Cybertronians on this godforsaken chrome ghost town. ]

June Darby? This is Miranda Lawson with Systems Alliance. [ Not entirely a bold faced lie; she's technically contracted by the Alliance when their backs were against the wall. Semantics. ]

Firstly, I need to know if you're alright and if there are more humans either nearby or that you know of.

Also I want to request that I monitor this transmission to have hard copies of whatever information you come across over this channel.

[ She is asking but doing it anyway. ]

[They had a huge slapfight because they are all giant babies, the end.]

Are the cell phone upgrades giving you any problems?

Is humans getting dragged to a planet full of giant robots a normal thing for you? Because, uh, it totally isn't for me. I'm still totally not convinced that I'm just in a freaking weird drift induced coma right now.

[He runs a hand through his unruly hair. He looks tired, and possibly like he's only just got here. There's dried blood on his shirt and he's really dirty.]

I'd really like to read up on this war too if you get the information? I gotta know what I'm dealing with and y'know. Which of the giant robots who could crush you I should avoid. I'm a cryptozoologist who studies giant silicone monsters that are invading Earth through a crack in the Pacific Ocean, so this stuff is totally my jam.

But yay! Human party?

[Oh my gosh oh my gosh oh my gosh another person! Skipper had been rewiring a wall to charge her phone from-- she may not get reception but she can still snap pictures and video, because no one will believe her if she doesn't-- when the terminal she had been about to draw power from had flickered on, with an oddly soft-looking woman on the other side.

Skipper practically falls into the video feed, her silky brown hair badly tangled and smudges of rust on her face, and asks the most desperate question she has ever asked anyone:]

Do you have a hairbrush?
