Boom Boom Ackla Lacka Boom
WHO: Grimlock and WHOMEVER
WHERE: The City!
WHEN: Sex pollen!
WHAT: Open the door, get on the floor, everybody fuck the dinosaur
WARNINGS: Coming up on your mudflaps at 67, the truck fuck, the horizontal monster mash, the sex
[A. The City]
[When these plants started springing up, what was the dinobot's first instinct? Collect them, of course! Since when does Cybertron get metal flowers? It almost made up for the influx of little creepy animals appearing on this planet.
He gathers them up by the bunches, not bothering to notice the spores flying out everywhere with each bounce. Things had been a little awkward with him and Sideswipe and this would sure make things between them less tense!
But after a few minutes of directly sticking his face into these flowers, he started to feel...weird. It was like a combination of giddy, overheating, and sluggishness.
Grimlock staggers over to the nearest rock, refusing to let go of his quarry.]
Ugh...think I took some bad energon...
[B. Wherever--this is your Wildcard]
[Later on, the dinobot looks more...delirious, like he caught the whiff of some bad sulfuric acid. Grimlock totters back and forth, looking a bit preoccupied with urgent business, if not a little hot in the face. By which he means it feels like he's on fire.]

BOTH
[Brushing it off only really makes it streak everywhere. Ugh. Even worse. Needless to say, the red bot has found himself a shower, a working one. They'd made sure that much worked in their new house, anyway. He didn't bother closing the door, though.]
[No matter how cold he ran the water, though, it never seemed to cool the rev of his engine, or the weird heat pulsing through his frame.]
dohohoho
Yet when he returned he noticed some of the flowers thrown out of Robot House. He'd care, but this was Grimlock a couple hours ago. The Grimlock now just notes it with a snort, getting more of that pollen in.
His face looked less all there, more blurred, reptilian. He had to get rid of this heat coming off his whole inner workings. That's when he heard the water. Not caring who it is, he senselessly barges in.]
Mind if I join you?
no subject
[His head jerks up fast enough to smack against the showerhead, his optics going a little wide at the sight of the dinobot suddenly in the room with him.]
Uh.
N-no. No, it's cool.
no subject
He props himself one-handed against the wall of the shower, brushing his free fingers against his chest in an awkward gesture.]
Ok cool uh...mind gettin' some of that water my way?
[His optics quickly eye Sideswipe...ok well not-too quick. It's hard not to in a cramped space.]
no subject
[Wow he's really big.]
Um. I can't. Really reach it. Big bot.
[He does jump a little, trying. Even though he can't take his eyes off Grim.]
no subject
All that wet smooth shininess...]
You want me to get it for you?
[He slowly reaches for it, focused on Sideswipe as much as he focused on him.]
no subject
[He's staring up at him, wide-eyed. And making no effort to put more space between them. Grimlock is just. Huge. Why did he never notice this before? Why is it so important all of the sudden?]
[Why does it suddenly make his engine churn like it never did before?]
no subject
The cool water brings him a relieved sigh...but only for a moment. It just doesn't go away...what's more he keeps staring at Sideswipe.]
Hey...you know, I can help get you to some of those hard to reach spots...just an idea!
no subject
[Which is what his body does without really checking in with his brain. He nods a bit, voice suddenly feeling dry.]
Y-yeah. I um. Please?
no subject
You got it...
[His fingers nudge against his back. While at first rough, Grimlock finds a good groove to dig into the small of the bot's back, spreading around that water while his own engines putt at a low purr.]
no subject
[His whole body feels jittery. Hot. He has to steady himself against the shower wall, panting a bit.]
[What's wrong with him.]
no subject
It's bad, he knows it is...but he can't stop. He cant stop as he presses against him, gently rubbing into him with more finger than water. He can't stop himself from releasing a weighty huff.]
That good?
no subject
[His back arches into Grimlock's hand, a shudder rolling all the way down his spine, making his body buck. Squirming. If he shifts backward, bracing into the wall, does it help?]
[The water stopped helping long ago.]

A
No, the real problem is that they're starting to get annoying.
There's not much escape from them in the city, unfortunately, but at least he didn't feel as surrounded by them with the buildings around, decrepit or otherwise. He arrives at the rock the green dinosaur has rested against, where his tolerance for the pollen hits a limit...and he sneezes.)
This stuff's getting you too, huh?
Re: A
For some reason taking the time to stop feels much better.]
You mean the flowers? Yeah, I guess so....never felt like this before...
no subject
(Ah great, even more flowers. At least they're clumped together in a pile, which Dante taps with his foot. Not the best idea, since a few specs of pollen proceed to fall out and he backs away.)
Do uhh...do robots get allergies?
no subject
[It comes out as a disappointed whine, fingers still mingling with the flowers.]
Didn't think so til now...now it's like everything is weird.
no subject
At least you're not the only one it's affecting. Probably. They're too spread out to bother just a handful of people.
no subject
[He leans down to get a better look at the stranger. Weird...he's got this animal magnetism...]
Can you help?
no subject
I'm not a technician, but I'll give it a shot. Just tell doctor Dante where it hurts.
no subject
Okay...
It's my head...and my stomach...
no subject
(Dante has no idea what he's doing, what to look for or how to fix it. His medical knowledge extends as far as checkups back when he was a kid, so with caution thrown to the pollen-filled wind, he climbs the rock and the dinobot's lap, putting an ear to Grimlock's stomach. He knocks on it a few times, listening out for nothing in particular.)
Try a few deep breaths.
no subject
Ok got it. He takes one...two...three deep breaths. And it doesn't help one bit, given how his engine putters.]
How's that?
no subject
Seems kinda normal, I think. Something in there's getting loud, though. That what you're talking about?
no subject
Yeah...I guess so...
How do I make it stop though?
