Starscream's arrival is honestly as much the same as anyone else's; confusion and mild outrage is a pretty par for the course reaction to have to waking up on an unfamiliar Cybertron. In his specific case, for a moment he thinks that maybe he's having some kind of nightmare or horrific vision of his potential failure to rule effectively, but once it's clear that he is experiencing neither of these things, it's simple for him to buckle down and hit the bricks to look for answers.
By the time he transforms and touches down near the forum, he's already pretty well informed with the basics of what's happening here. Being in an alternate universe on a dead Cybertron populated exclusively by bots from infinite other alternate universes, might've been a hard pill to swallow once, but having recently experienced Shockwave talking about his insane, reality destroying plans first-hand…? Well, it doesn't seem that far fetched anymore.
It helps too that the first person that he had encountered was someone who, allegedly, was an alternate version of himself. That had honestly been harder to accept, and frankly he's still not really sure that he believes the stranger's claim. It would have been one thing if between the two of them, they had just behaved a bit differently from one another, because sure, some dissimilarities were bound to happen. For example, the bot in question was horribly unsubtle, acting with his every emotion laid out bare on his spindly little robot sleeve. But on top of that, they didn't even look remotely similar. This other Starscream had the appearance of a bare endoskeleton made out of knives.
Whether the strange, twitchy Decepticon had been lying or not, he was at least a good source of information, it would seem. Anyone who frequents the area around the forum will find Mr. Starscream The First poking about and checking up on the progress of operations here, looking over everything set up so far with a critical eye and strutting around like he owns the place. He already rules one Cybertron, so, y'know, obviously he can only have good things to contribute to this one. Whether the more tenured residents here like it or not. He won an election, OK?
